The wave

Anza is a beach just north of Agadir's port, with rights breaking off a sandbar. It picks up north-west swell well and is the closest wave to Agadir town.

The water quality isn't great because of the port and nearby industry, so most people go further north. Worth checking if you're staying in Agadir and don't want to drive.
